Couldn't use the app further than clicking "New Project", which did nothing. Lots of hype for so much bugs. Please fix that.. I tried both on PC and mobile.. same thing.

If you don't finish your description, photos, and video in a timely manner - even if you are in the process of working on it, the app will time-out and you lose everything. This happened to me twice. It would be nice if the app allowed you to save as you go before submitting it to your insurance company. I deleted the app and will submit the photos via email instead.

Worst app ever. Crashes EVERYTIME. I have been trying to submit pictures for an insurance claim for 3days. Each day I have tried 5 times. This app is garbage. I don't ever submit reviews for apps if they are trash because I have the option to not use it, but because people HAVE to use this, I felt compelled to vent my level of pisstivity.
