Great experience I was hesitant to try it but I didn't want to call a sketchy guy i didn't know. So far I've used it 4 times and have had nothing but fantastic results. The only issue I had was Weather related but got a call from Mowz letting me know the new scheduled date. Sad to read all the negative reviews. I am a busy person and think this is well worth the price. Service is great. You've won yourself a customer. Plus the coupons help.
I have had great service until recently. I guess I am a bit ticked off that I have emailed customer service & they have failed to get back to me. They are great if the contractor is great, but if he is a tool like the last guy their service sucks. If you are in a pinch & need it done then I say go for it otherwise I would suggest something else. They offer a satisfaction guarantee, & so far I am not satisfied nor has my money been returned. A week later after being told to email, still no response. Customer Service is the worst.
They did an awesome job!!! On time. No complaints. My yard was overgrown because I couldn't get any other companies to my house.. They came the next day!
Great concept and good app. There are a few kinks to be resolved and like every software, this will get there as well. I love the business idea though, used it to get my lawn taken care of while I was selling a property from out of state. This service kept it looking good! One suggestion is to allow more completed pics and in better resolution so people can view it properly.
Horrible. I wrote a review a few months ago about how bad it was, but I just accidentally deleted it after getting a response from the developer. Unfortunately, it has gotten even worse (somehow.) I actually keep wondering if Customer Service is trolling customers/ trying to sabotage the company, because it's that bad EVERY SINGLE TIME and no one is stepping up to fix it. I am now in the middle of a dispute with my credit card company over the last debacle, which is really not a fun thing to have to do. Mowz/Greg- Please consider this- what is the entire point of your app/service? It's convenience, right? If I wanted to go through this much hassle, I'd cut out the middle man and hire someone directly for much cheaper than you are charging. Your customers are willing to pay the price you are asking for the convenience of ordering via your app, but you are not providing that service as promised. And you just cannot keep ignoring the problems with your approach to customer service and expect to maintain a loyal customer base.
Great service! I've used Mowz now all summer long and the service is excellent! There were a couple poor providers, but a quick call to customer service and it was corrected immediately! Customer Service is top notch! 99% of the time my yard is mowed perfectly! Couldn't be happier! Read a news article on how these guys got started and I was even more impressed! Happy to be supporting a couple young entrepreneurs and supporting the small local lawn care companies...all while saving $$$! It's a win-win for everyone!
