Please fix this App for Android users ASAP. It is almost impossible to use it. My installer had to use his iPhone to do the setup because of the issues for Android users and I can't do much with it either. It keeps telling me I am not connected to the internet or I am using airline mode. If you are able to enter a selection on a screen it can take up to 4 tries if it takes. Issues with Android and this app have been being reported for over a year. That is a lot of inconvenienced customers.

It will show that I'm getting super fast speed but at the same time my anti virus will say the complete opposite. Kinda sad it also doesn't have a remote option to restart your equipment like the spectrum app does. That was a very useful tool and would fix many connection issues. The very worst part about the app is you don't stay logged in. You always have to retype credentials to get back in very very frustrating.

It is very annoying signing into this app. It won't allow you to auto fill your saved credentials. It just spins and then reloads login screen. It doesn't start signed in even if you check that box. There's no option of biometric sign in, so you have to manually type your credentials in every time. And every time I sign in, I get an email saying I've signed in from a new device even though it's always the same device. It's a very frustrating experience!
