I heard online you could load funds on this app with a credit card, which is not the case. Trying to cancel service was VERY difficult. I had not even loaded funds or made purchases, and I had to ask permission to close my account. The is a form on their site, but when I did that I was told I had to do it via email. It took five emails to finally get closed. Total nightmare!

Worst app and customer support on the whole market. Account was verified three days before placing my deposit. Not only was I promised my funds would be available immediately after depositing with my debit card , but they also sent me an email after my deposit saying my account was verified once again and I was able to trade now. I missed out on over $12,500 in trades and that number will continue to grow until my money is unfrozen. The customer service offers absolutely no support whatsoever.

placed a limit order the keep the price high so I couldn't hit my limit order I should have been filled Yahoo finance and trading view shows me the actual price plus 500 refuse to fill my order beware your will not get filled😡👎 they literally pushing a long while the world is saying it's a short idk about this platform watch your back seems like they will inflate the price
