Ratings and reviews

Major issues recently since some upgrades. This app used to be 5 stars, but recently, something is going on where I can no longer recommend this app to anyone until they fix their issues. I have had several usdc deposits not appear in my wallet for many days. They would show as pending, then disappear. I contact support, which seems like a black hole. Magically, the deposit would then appear a couple days later. The latest one still hasn't shown. I guess shame on me for still using this app

trying to finish verifying bank info but there's no option to go back where you left off. it's like everything seems functional on the front end but no way to actually finish a step. contact option first even provide an email. poor usability while trying to get it set up. everything appears fine but finds never made it and no way to finish verifying. tried all menu options and there's nothing. might just have to stick with coinbase or find a better alternative. waste of time

I used abra years back and had no trouble. For the last year i have tried to add funds and it has been exasperating. I have emailed support probably 20 times and they say they will jump on it, get the banking team alerted etc. Nothing ever gets solved. I have uninstalled my banking info and followed all their directions. Nothing works and they don't seem to care. In the meantime, BTC has increased..actually doubled and i have lost the upside. Terrible service! Terrible experience!
