They cut me off, wouldn't give a reson other than telling me that their "terms of service" give them the right to do just that. Beware! Check out their exact response.... It's almost a month. And trying to figure out which documents they accept. When I got told to put a like a bank statement my account is long time to pend compared to asking for more. Typical. Other apps were the same. And I lost Bitcoin value during the hype, where the entry is lower. I guess it's not for beginners. After a month is complete. Im going to pretend I never saw this app. That's because the $50 minimum is too high. I wanted to do bank. I would not know.

It continuously requests more documents. I've already sent in my license, social security number, address, phone number. I got a push notification saying they were accepted yet it still says documents required. Everytime I click on "Documents Required" it opens a window that closes instantly. I'm not sure how to proceed and I'm worried about putting any amount of money on here as some other technical errors may present itself that forces me to keep my balance on the exchange.
