New update is terrible. It has very slow response time. Frequently have to answer security questions even when using proper login credentials and even when answered correctly, it doesn't accept them and you're directed to call the help desk. An hour later, without calling, you can log in no problem or it will accept the same answers to security questions. Feel sorry for the folks answering the phones.

The last update really made this app significantly worse. I'm plagued by errors logging in, minutes, and long loading times and the simple fact that the app requires me to log in every time I open it even though I have "remember me" enabled.

Why do you have to answer security questions everytime you try to login. I understand once in a while but everytime from the same device even using fingerprint. Its completely ridiculous. The app used to be very quick now its super slow and the page doesn't want to move. Super frustrated.
