I would say that for me, it is a useful app. Not too buggy, nor is it one of those that are very "high maintenance," always wanting you to download this, adjust that, tweak the other thing, if you get my drift. I absolutely HATE apps like that because they usually demand my attention at the worst possible moment. The Penn Play app isn't like that at all. Now, it does sometimes log me out of my account when I haven't asked it to. It doesn’t ask me, either. It just does it.

This app wouldn't be too bad if it didn't constantly crash, randomly sign you out, have the digital room key randomly stop working for your hotel room, throw random error codes while trying to fund the wallet then pend the money that wouldn't load onto the wallet, or having to force stop the app after each time you hook to a slot machine. Other than that not too bad.

I played, lost $200 and didn't receive anything but $2 on the cash my wallet. When it was my choice, everyone won something! And if you lost, you were granted free meals, rooms, and golf! The free play was constant every week. And when I use this app it logs me off, won't accept picture ID, it restarts and doesn't update! I looked on here and still didn't have any rewards. Update; I have rewards now! 12/10/2023 couldn't open! Uninstall and reinstalled to see if I can log in! It was a success!
