Ratings and reviews

The only issue I have, and one that is a deal breaker that has led me to leave the app and use software on my own server, is that any client who downloads the PocketSuite app on their device gets full control of their client profile, and you can't change it. This makes it impossible to sign contracts with people using nicknames, and that's a no go for me. Support tells me that I should submit a ticket to have their information changed. I don't have time to do that every time.

I waited too long to start using this app, and it would have saved me so much time and effort had I joined earlier! We have a dog training business and recently signed up for the "White glove service" which has made transferring over our current business software (5+ different apps) two pocket suite. Such a breeze! The customer service is great, and they help us with any question or issue. Issue we have, big or small. It is so nice to be able to run our business from a single app!

This app has been critical for optimizing my detailing business. It works flawlessly for communicating with my clients, sending appointment reminders, quotes, and invoicing. Recently, I've been working with their team to increase optimization, and the customer service has been amazing so far. I am looking forward to getting the most out of this software.

What’s new

This app update contains several bug fixes and improvements including: issues opening the address on some appointments, sales tax being over-applied to some invoiced appointments, fixed an issue marking team member staffing assignments as paid, enforce inventory tracking in the client app during product order and booking checkout (add-on products), fixed an issue overwriting expense memos on invoices (and estimates) when the category changes.
