you can't say it's a 7-Day free trial if you're going to charge me and then give me the trial. that's not free that's a cost. Revision: supposedly, this company offers a 7 day free trial with a card on file... if the setup doesn't go through because at that time there's not enough to cover the subscription, then you ARE being charged. words are pretty but reality isn't always the same.

I couldn't add my DoorDash or Instacart accounts, which was the main reason I signed up. That was a major red flag for me. After experiencing issues with setup and reading other customer reviews, I didn't see enough value to justify continuing the enrollment or paying for a subscription. Based on my experience, I decided the service was not a good fit for my needs.

The trip recording feature was useful until Uber started giving the miles driven on tax 1099 tax forms. As for the Scheduling feature, I haven't been able to use it for several months. it never accepts the schedule I make, so I can't get the guarantee. this has been a giant waste of money for a while, and until it's fixed, I'm unsubscribing.
