User friendly, nice layout but one huge issue the "mark as played" doesn't seem to stay marked as played. Very frustrating. I've reinstalled, updated and tried all the fixes I've read up on and nothing seems to fix the glitch. 😐 It does show as played in history when I listen to an episode but not in the actual list of podcast's episodes.

I've never used such a glitchy app as this. I gave up on it a few years back because I kept listening to podcasts and it would skip ahead or back arbitrarily, seemingly totally at random. I just reinstalled it to listen to a couple podcasts that I'd started back then.... It still does the same thing!! I've used iHeartRadio and Apple and I've never experienced that like I do using podbean. Drives me absolutely insane because then I got to stop what I'm doing and skip forwards or ahead 😡🤬🤬

It's a decent alternative to Google podcasts. A couple of things I wish they would change: 1. if you want to autoplay from oldest to newest, you have to sort them first, oldest to newest. So if you want to see what the newest episode is about you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list. 2. The the played episodes are not always marked as played. It's very random. I can open my app and some episodes that I've listened to are marked played and some are not.
