Ratings and reviews

It's a good app with a few minor issues not really worth mentioning & one big one that I will instead focus on: The search function not accepting partial, inexact words. I've had to open a browser to search the exact episode title of a podcast over in-app scrolling through hundreds of titles in their back catalogue. Most recently aka right now, I searched for 1 episode in a 300 episode podcast catalogue, only knowing "feud" was in the title & no go. Turns out, it's "feuds". Very annoying.

I love this app. I have been using it to download my podcasts for over a year now...closer to two actually. every now and then it glitches. it's rare but it happened today. suddenly half my downloaded episodes were gone and my download limits had been reset. no idea why this would happen. I dont think I was anywhere near those settings. I'll just reload them but its things like that which make me worry about malware and whether I could accidentally download something I dont want.

App now is randomly loading advertisements into my phone's browser at times when I try to click normal function buttons (play, pause, select a different podcast). No idea why. No mention of it in the FAQs and seemingly no way to turn it off. Seems like they're trying to make advertising money anyway possible. I'm going to uninstall this for good and find a better podcast app.
