Update: the app is still trash and they refuse to fix it. The app is still terrible and they refuse to fix it. At this point I'm considering ending my membership if they're going to force us to use this trash. I'm a fan club member and this app is practically unusable. It takes forever to load and is constantly crashing. I never make it through an episode without the app crashing several times. It's crashed twice during the episode I'm currently listening to and I'm only 20 minutes in.

update: uninstalling and getting rid of the subscription. the episodes come out on Amazon music faster even tho I pay for all access. -- love this podcast but the app is junkie. if you have a payment that didn't process, you can't access anything. it takes hours if not days to have the app even process the payment. I totally get the app is exclusive to paying customers but its not user friendly. also the app is glitchy. the app will randomly stop playing and the only fix is to relaunch the app.

I really do enjoy the content that I can access, but this app is NOT good. It constantly stops when I'm listening, and the only way to fix it is to close the app, reopen it, and find the episode I was listening to. I get that when we pay for a membership, we're paying for the content, but it's really upsetting that I paid a pretty penny for "All Access", and the only way I can listen to it is through this awful app. :(
