Have not be able to withdraw my funds for almost half a year. Pointpay keeps cancelling my withdrawal requests, each of which sat processing for over a month. When support is contacted they stated it's a "technical" issue and to "try again". However, they refuse to provide any information on what the technical issue is or how to avoid it. This has not had any resolution going on now 5 months on this 1 request! It has been an absolutely horrible experience having to deal with the PointPay team

After 2 years, this is going from bad to worse: You simply can't withdraw any token to an exterior wallet; They will hit you with server's error messages all the time; balances are never accurate and sometimes coins disappear off your wallet; most of the transactions take 1-6 months to be "approved". This blockchain simply doesn't work and the only thing good here is the customer services team which in most cases they're very polite. Other than that, it has no use case at all. DISAPPOINTING!!!

This app is a trash. All they do is just collect data and they don't meet the services they say. It's very expensive and very complicated to make an exchange. The transacy fee is too high. I think they have fake reviews. You deposit your crypto without any issues but when you want to take out your crypto, it will show transaction completed but never goes through and it doesn't show network chain scanner.
