Worst app ever! I had a very bad experience with Policy Bazaar. There is absolutely no support for claims — once you buy the policy, they completely disappear. It’s much better to purchase directly from the insurer’s official website instead of through Policy Bazaar. Before buying, they will keep calling and insisting you to purchase the policy, but after the payment, there’s no response, no support, and no responsibility. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

I have been waiting for more than 40 days for my refund and despite send multiple mails and there is no proper response. Any more dalys is not acceptable. I had a very bad experience. Before purchase policy & payment the keep calling & convincing but once payment is done. All support disappeared.

Lately I've been receiving too many calls regarding policies even though my profile is in DND. So annoying... they start off with explaining the product but convince you to purchase the product while being on call. From their perspective, that's what they are supposed to do; but there are limits for anything. I ended up purchasing policy direct with the providers rather than this broker.
