Ratings and reviews

The app is pretty far behind. Very difficult to sort through contests. Takes up to 4 BUSINESS days to complete a deposit or withdrawal. What? living in the stone age. None of the other platforms have a delay, especially not close to 4 days and they blame the bank. In fact, I can get a withdrawal within minutes on other platforms. It's such a joke site compared to some others.

Good luck getting verified. basically I tried for about 2 weeks to get verified. took the photo of my or passport (tried both ways) hit the consent button and it just is stuck in a never-ending loading loop. contacted support. Got zero response back. Looks like this is a common issue with a lot of people. for the amount of money that they're making they're definitely not putting it back into the app.

Complete scam. I was on the website seeing specific markets I wanted to trade in, and a banner saying to download the app to trade. I did it and signed up. then I couldn't find the market -- turns out that market isn't available in the United States, even tho they said to sign up to trade on that market. Now I learn I can't even use it on my computer, it's like a whole separate thing the app vs the computer. Completely misleading.
