Well the app and food both are good, but if there is discrepancy in the order there is no solution after giving the proof I'm a very old and valuable customer customer care services are very bad raised the ticket on app and mail both no resolution at all.

why accepting order when you are unable to deliver? Customer not allowed to cancel and box8 will never cancel. So order status is stuck in preparing forever so that Box8 will never have to refund. why don't you shutdown your AI based chat support as its of no use.

I've ordered food worth ₹7,000–₹8,000 so far, yet customer support never addressd a recurring issue of delivering half quantity. As I write this, my current order is delayed by 30 minutes. The in-app chatbot is displaying an outdated delivery time and provideing no option to contact or chat with customer support directly. BOX8 hasn't responded to my email since 3 days, failed to earn customer trust, kept its services unreliable, delivered discrepancies in order, & still charges a premium.
