The app was buggy from the get-go, only turning one of my two lights on/off unless I spammed the switch over and over until it finally caught on... but now the app does not control either light. I'm not sure why, as it clearly can see and connect to my lights. It's disappointing enough that they don't offer RGB lights or Google Home integration, but they don't even have their own functioning app? I paid way too much for this.

I really wanted to love this product, not only because they're attractive and sustainable, but because I wanted to support the founders, but the app simply doesn't work. Whether it's fundamentally an app issue or a product issue, I don't know, but the lights rarely connect to the app, the battery level is always "unavailable," and the groups don't work. Even when the lights are grouped, the group settings only apply to one light half of the time. I paid a lot for these FOR the app connection.

(android user)- Bluetooth can't identify the lights even when following directions (and using general Bluetooth connectivity issue solutions not given in the directions). The "help" link leads to a general FAQ on the website, which doesn't include any troubleshooting guide. Love the company, and the physical product is great if you're cool with turning the lights on physically and having a bit less control. It is great that the lights work without app integration! But the app needs work.
