Ratings and reviews

The app is horrible. You put items in your basket then you go to check out. The screen gives me a discount code then my order disappears. I have to start searching for my items all over again. I type in the name of the items that I know are correct. Cannot be found! I have to search the entire clearance/sale website to find the exact same items I searched for using the correct name. If I didn't already have what I was purchasing again, I would shop elsewhere. Entirely too frustrating.

I love Chicos, but very frustrated with this app. It is full of bugs. Can't remove items put in the favorites folder. No matter how many times I delete the item, it comes back. Same for the shopping cart. Very hard to remove items once added to cart. Update: some other issues -- app does not give options for store pickup. U cannot add an item to favs without selecting a size. Your rewards are not available on app to apply during check out. Coupons are not available on app to apply at checkout.

Wonderful store, wonderful clothes, but the app is about useless in actually purchasing anything! I do most of my shopping online and will be doing less with Chico's because I can't depend on being able to check out successfully. Yes you can call, email them, and chat with whomever, but it is too much trouble and I just want to buy what I see when I see it! I have purchased a couple of things successfully but very frustrating when you can't check out.
