Ratings and reviews

Pharmacy site broken. I seem to be one more in a flock of users who sign in only to be offered a chance to sign in or create a new account. I can sign in as often as I want, always using the same phone number, which the site recognizes, and always switched back to the page that offers to let me sign in or create an account. I opened the Haggen app to request a prescription refill more quickly than going through phone menus, but I've already wasted more time than that.

Pharmacy is a joke. Their new App isn't user friendly for quite a few tasks like paying for scripts, setting up for Mail delivery, ect. and that's when it's working. The APP doesn't work half the time and the pharmacy staff is the worst. They do not answer phones most days and when they do some staff are very rude. This is not an isolated event... Been ongoing since before the pandemic.

The app does not communicate with the store in Ferndale. The app says they have things when the store doesn't, the app says the order is ready when it isn't, etc. It would be a useful app if they actually matched it up with the store. They will give you a pick up window and if you miss it you get a notification that you can pick it up for one more day, but this is a lie, the store will not keep it for one more day. Again, it would be a fine app if it were accurate.
