I would like it a lot more if it didn't show me an ad every single time I log in. It didn't used to do this, and I do not want it. Now, every time I want to start my amp, I have to dismiss and ad trying to get me to upgrade to the spark 2. That has gotten really annoying really fast. Aside from that, it's ok, except that it doesn't work with Spotify anymore, which would be useful. Oh, and the AI search thing is not functional. It loads presents that don't make sounds. Bit of an issue.

I have the Spark 40. "when" the app works, it has nice features which I enjoy. The app makes the amp. Unfortunately, it rarely connects via blue tooth, which is absolutely maddening. I have very limited time to play due to a busy lifestyle, so when I pick up my guitar, I need things to work. If I don't want to use any phone features, the amp is fine. if I want to use the tuner, or change a preset or whatever, it's a 30+ minute battle to get it to connect with my phone. Devs PLEASE fix the app!!

So I got the spark mini for Xmas. It was a gift I requested. In retrospect, had I known what I've now learned, I would've opted for another amp. The reason is the app and the confusion it creates. I purchased the Jimi Hendrix effects for 1 single effect, a wah. Try pulling the one effect into a model you actually like. You'll quickly get frustrated. My biggest complaint is Positive Grid's complete lack of human support, no email, phone, etc. I won't spend anymore $ on the Spark ecosystem.
