Ratings and reviews

The app is fantastic when it works. The sound bank is robust and fun to customize sounds. I upgraded to the Experience Hendrix package and the tones are incredible. This is all contingent on the app actually connecting to the Spark 40. I constantly receive errors that Bluetooth has failed to connect, or needs to pair or disconnects minutes after connecting. I turn everything off, restart, ensure Bluetooth is not connected to other devices, clear the app cache, etc. Frustrating to say the least.

It's a great amp and app, but after the most recent update, trying to download resources for Smart Jam crashes the app. Cannot use this feature at all right now. Hopefully Positive Grid sees this and can fix it. Edit - the smart jam resources have been fixed, but now we are having connectivity issues. I have done all the troubleshooting save from factory resetting, and it still won't connect to the app.

this app worked great since it came out, however as of last month I've had issues connecting my amp to the app. (latest ver.) I'll have to turn my Bluetooth on and off again and try like 10 times to connect before it finally pairs up with the amp🙄 this issue is a major turn off when you just wanna pick up your guitar and do a quick jam 😒 it used to be a 5 star app but now'd give zero stars if i could and until YOU (positive grid) fix it, it will stay 1 star. please hurry and fix this🙏
