No ads, very good rewards, but the app is slower compared to Phone Pay. When in a hurry, this app doesn't work properly. 30/07/2026 To Team Bharat Pay: As you requested, I wrote an email explaining my concerns, and I appreciate your prompt response via a callback. But your representative just asked, other than this, if I do not have any other problems, then we will close this ticket. It means my reported problems and suggestions are not considered by your team. You just want to close the ticket

This app is the worst. Nothing is shown clearly, and all the ads are fake. . It only pushes you to apply for loans or credit cards from its partner lenders, basically acting like a middleman to sell other companies’ products. Before sending me to other platforms, why are you even accessing my PAN card? If you’re taking PAN details, you should clearly tell users why. This app is misleading, wasting time, and please avoid it

My number was deactivated for conversion from prepaid to postpaid,after conversion app is not working ,it said number blocked for security purposes and verify ownership but email send said the email address is not valid. Since last 3 months sending mails to customer support.
