i created an account on 16 may, and since then my account is blocked without any specific reason and I'm not able to do a single transaction since then. when I raised a ticket for the issue, the customer care responded stating we don't know how long it will take to unblock, you are requested to wait and we will notify when the account is unblocked.

app suggested me some survey where we get some 50 zillion(in app currency) coins for attempting it, and the survey is excruciating long and I filled about 200+ questions and then suddenly the page crashed. to be honest, the questions were too big, the questions are mostly memory based it took a lot of time, I took about 2 hours to answer these 200 questions, surprisingly that's still not the end, and I'm not sure when it would have ended but at the end, I got absolutely nothing. heart broken 💔

First of all, the BharatPe app takes a little time to open, which is a bit disappointing. However, it has a much bigger advantage: when you send money to someone, their exact name is displayed clearly, and that name cannot be edited. Additionally, whenever I transfer money—up to a maximum of ₹50—I get actual money in return for some Zillion coins. This is all I wanted to share, and users will easily understand this once they start using the app."
