The app is so buggy. I am not able to pay my credit card dues. If I don't pay before bill is generated dues are converted to emis. No option to stop the conversion to emi. You emd up paying more than you actually spent. Will not recommend to get this Bharatpe EMI credit card to anyone. And you can only pay through their app. And payment option will come only after bill is generated. Which means your entire bill is now converted to emi with extra interest.

Very poor experience. I added my UPI ID on BharatPe, but now there is no option to remove it. Tried multiple times but it doesn’t work. This is frustrating because users should have full control over their UPI IDs. Customer support is also not helpful. Please fix this issue urgently.

I would have rated -100,but there's no option.If you want mental peace,strictly avoid,stay away from this super fraud,hopless,bogust app.Lots of good apps in playstore. I installed it a year ago.Tried to use the upi for the first time last year,showed transaction cannot happen,complained several times,no solution at all.Today they mailed and said my account is suspended due to suspicious activity.What the hell?How can an account be suspended for never ever using it even for once from last year.
