I love PostSnap intensely and I've got the desktop site bookmarked on my phone. I was thrilled to see that there's an app. I'm sure it works great for most people, but alas—the app will not let me select images from my phone's files like the desktop site does. The pics I want to print are in Google Drive folders, and I couldn't figure out a way to find photos on the app from there—only from the camera and strangely from my WhatsApp history.

took time to upload photos. I added a few then tried to add more. it buffered and the app stopped responding, I then closed the app to open it again to find ALL the photos I had uploaded were no longer on the app. That shouldn't happen! It took me a lot of time & patience to find the perfect photos I wanted to print for it to crash, therefore I won't be using this app again as it was a massive waste of my time.

I ordered some photos on August 9th and never got any correspondence about my order. It's October 19th I am in the US but this is excessive. I've emailed and called still nothing. They haven't been very responsive or professional I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not until they make this right.
