Otok Hex (formerly PotoHEX) is a hex viewer and binary file viewer for Android. Inspect raw bytes in a hex dump next to their text in the encoding you choose, see what the bytes under the cursor mean, and reach your files from a computer over Wi-Fi.

HEX VIEWER
• View any binary file byte by byte: offsets, hexadecimal values and text side by side
• Text in Unicode and dozens of other encodings: Western, Central and Eastern European, Cyrillic, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and more
• Interpret the bytes under the cursor as integers, floating-point numbers, date & time and colors
• Jump to any offset, choose the offset format and the row width
• Select a range and copy it as bytes or as characters, or share it
• Open many files at once in tabs; zoom one tab or all of them

WI-FI FILE MANAGER
• Turn on the built-in HTTP server and open the shown address in a browser on your computer
• Browse, download and upload the files of the app's folder
• Turn on "Device Storage" to reach the whole device storage, including Downloads, Documents and files of other apps
• Protect access with an optional login and password; the server stops by itself after a period of inactivity
