A good ad-free and no purchases music player. The only problem I've had with it is sometimes when I open the app it will permanently change a song's title to be in kanji in the list. Not proper kanji, but each kanji corresponding to a letter in the alphabet. Makes it a little harder to decipher what the song is at a glance and trying to reach me improper kanji, but doesn't impact the file or audio quality at all.

Great fork of the old Phonograph app! Developer is generally responsive, i appreciate that they're doing this in their spare time, and being consistent about it. A while back I requested they add casting, and they did! Developer, if you're reading this:. Phonograph used to let you double-tap album art to favorite a song instead of tapping the tiny heart. Sometimes I want to favorite a song while I'm driving. Would you consider reimplementing that feature? Thanks

This is pretty much perfect, very simple, uncomplicated layout and a refreshing simple design. I'm so glad I can see track numbers normally as well! However, I would like to be able to have albums with two or more artists on different tracks be displayed under one album, rather than it automatically splitting itself according to the track artists. Otherwise, absolutely perfect!
