Terrible experience. I was double charged after the rebrand with no clear communication. Support offered no refund just delays or deleting my account again. Then I got billed a third time with no warning. The Android app is a joke. Black screens, constant crashes, videos rarely play. The instructors are great, but the overall experience is sloppy, unprofessional, and not worth the hassle. Would not recommend unless major changes are made.

I have tried multiple times to get the app. I was going to pay for the subscription, but the app just goes to a black screen.

it keeps closing and won't play . it says the app has a bug .
