Power Leads is a field service management app for companies that manage service jobs, technicians, customers, communications, payments, reports, and business phone calls in one workflow.

The phone and VoIP calling module is a core part of Power Leads. Authorized users can receive incoming business calls through their assigned Power Leads phone line, answer or decline calls immediately, place outbound calls, make internal Power Leads calls, and review call history and call recording metadata when enabled by their company.

Incoming call alerts are used only for real phone/VoIP calls so users can respond to time-sensitive customer and team calls. Power Leads does not use incoming call alerts for ads, marketing, promotions, chat messages, job reminders, payments, tracking updates, or other normal notifications.
