About this app

The Energy Analyzer is a free app that gives Consumers Energy customers the tools to easily see their energy usage in real-time and encourages making small changes in energy usage to reduce the utility bill. The Energy Analyzer app is a limited duration and eligibility pilot.

Learn how your home uses energy and what may be causing spikes in your usage

Learn ways to improve your home and save

Set goals, receive notifications, and create better energy usage habits

Smart Home Energy Bridge

Take advantage of new features such as real-time data when you pair the Energy Analyzer app with the free Energy Bridge. With greater knowledge of your home’s immediate and past energy use, you can take actions to save energy and money.

Customer Eligibility

The Energy Analyzer app is available for Consumers Energy electric customers with AMI electric meters and a http://consumersenergy.com account. Support, including chat, is available in the app.

I wasn't able to get it set up when I first received the analyzer a couple months ago. I happen to come across it in a desk drawer so I tried again no luck, I tried it without the network cable attached and it connected. very cool app/device

Sometimes it let's me in and other times it doesn't. Would be nice if we could pay our bill here as the main app is horrible lately to even get on

login doesn't work. same email and password that works for the CE app and the CE website gives an error on this app.
