Power Monkey Fitness is a group of elite athletes turned coaches who have spent years providing movement education to clients, ranging from competitive CrossFit athletes to people who simply want to move better. Programs are written by Olympic Gymnastics team member Dave Durante, Three-time National Champion Weightlifter Mike Cerbus, and Director of Power Monkey Programming, Colin Geraghty.

We believe TECHNIQUE MATTERS. Our goal is to provide the same level of elite programming to the general public in a mobile app that promotes good technique and longevity in movements.

Consistency is key. Sculpt a solid core and master foundational basics spending an average of only 10 minutes a day. Our Core365 program is more than just sit-ups and side bends, we incorporate exercises that not only involve the entire midline; obliques, hip flexors, lower back, glutes, and hamstrings.

-Skill Development Plans-
Build on body awareness and learn proper techniques. Whether it's your first pull-up, muscle-up, or handstand, you'll progress through the movements with strength and virtuosity. Plans are built based on your level!

-Volume Plans-
These plans are for Competitive Athletes looking to improve the volume and intensity of specific movements during workouts and training. Go beyond learning skills to understanding how to control your body in dynamic and complex movements.

-Monkey Method Plans-
Become a well-rounded gymnastic athlete using our signature Monkey Method, our version of GPP (General Physical Preparedness). We've built a solid and results-based gymnastic GPP program for ALL LEVELS - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced plans are available.

I'm following the "Get your first pull-up" program and absolutely love it. I started because with the COVID-19 situation the gym was not an option and I have some basic equipment at home including a pull-up bar. The program is the perfect balance between mobility, strength, core and crushing your goals!. I placed at level two after initial test and within a few weeks I was able to string two pull-ups from dead hang!. Just started level 3 and can't wait to see what happens.

Superb quality - I love both the programming and the app. By tracking my progress and creating a personalised schedule, the app keeps me motivated to stick a routine and complete the levels/programs. Each movement within a program has a clear video demo and step by step breakdown which allows me to monitor my execution. This app makes for efficient use of time & perfect for anyone who wants to move better. I would love to see more programs/levels (snatch, squat cleans, handstand walk).

I had rotator cuff surgery last Feburary and was looking for a program to help me get my ring muscle ups back. I just completed 12 weeks of power monkey kipping rmus and was able to get multiple rmus within a wod. The app is great and easy to follow. The step by step program is geared for success, increased my shoulder mobility, strength and overall shoulder health. I am extremely happy with results and would definitely recommend to anyone who is serious about getting ring muscle ups!
