About this app

CloseoutGate is the field-proof app for fiber contractor crews. Capture the proof a job needs and see what is still missing, so your PM can hand the finished package to your customer.

HOW IT WORKS
- Your company's project manager sets the proof each location needs and invites the crew.
- You open your assigned locations and capture photos, readings, counts and notes. Each photo is saved with the phone's time and, when location is on, its GPS position.
- A location cannot be marked complete while required proof is missing. The screen shows exactly what is left.
- Your PM reviews the work: accept it, or send it back with a reason, and you add what was missing.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
- Keeps working when signal drops. Proof is saved on the phone first and sent automatically when you are back in coverage. Proof you have saved stays on the phone until it uploads.
- Keeps the last job list on the phone so you can open your work with no signal.
- Crews who work for more than one company can switch between companies.

FOR PROJECT MANAGERS AND OWNERS
Project managers and owners sign in to the same app to review proof, accept or send back locations, and manage the crew. Setting up projects and exporting the closeout package are done on the CloseoutGate website.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Accounts are by invitation from your company. There is no password: you sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email.
- Camera and location are used only while you add proof, so your company can see where the work was done.
- You can delete your account from the Crew screen at any time.
- No ads and no analytics.
