Ratings and reviews

Such a pathetic service, with non existent customer service. NO replies to emails, NO contact numbers, NO response for months on end to major issues with the website. Only thing they are good at is collecting payment right on time when your subscription is about to expire.

Update: Ridiculous autoresponder asking me to email on the same id that I'm complaining about. Such is the service. Absolutely non-existent support system. No customer care, no representatives, no way to contact anyone, NOTHING. If you have an issue with the app, then you are stuck forever as there will NEVER be any resolution. You can just raise a ticket online, but there will be no response EVER.

Please don't install and subscribe it. Before you make payment they speak so sweet and kind...and give false information. After payment they don't even care... They have cheated me by giving wrong information....and to look into this matter they have taken 2 months after I constantly trying to get connected to them They have wasted my valuable 6 months. And at last they say this problem can't be solved, cannot be migrated or even amount cannot be refunded.. I am going to file a case against them
