Good concept of consultations online. However in case of cancellations or doctor absenteeism, the 'help' button redirects to the previous consultations, when clicked on the failed consultation, it redirects to the chat. When clicked on the 'help' from the chat, it again redirects to the list of previous consultations. Exhausting to claim a refund in case of doctors absence in a booked consultantation. There is no contact information on the app, to reach out to someone about this glitch.

I would suggest not to take practo plus since they do not have enough amount of doctors on their platform. I have been trying to get a doctor assigned for diabetes but every time it says they do not have a doctor available. Waste of money and a terrible experience for me. additionally - I was charged twice on 1st January 2026 for what was clearly a single consultation, which is unacceptable. If this is the level of reliability Practo offers, then it is clearly not ready for the medical domain.

It should also provide additional features, including an option to consult a second doctor if the first doctor fails (as happened in my case) to respond to the query or is unavailable, so that treatment is not delayed and time or money is not wasted. There has been no response from this doctor for 10 days. Why are such irresponsible individuals allowed on the platform?
