This application process is disappointing because there's no choice of doctors. They assign them arbitrarily, and if you end up with a less experienced doctor, you're essentially not getting your money's worth for the consultation fees. Also, there is no option to connect with customer support.

I’m honestly so frustrated right now. I booked this appointment, paid the full amount in advance, and trusted the whole process to be smooth but then the doctor just cancels last minute like it’s nothing? No proper explanation, no accountability, and worst of all, no refund. It’s not even just about the money, it’s the complete disregard for my time and effort. If you’re taking payments upfront, the least you can do is ensure basic responsibility or fix things when they go wrong.

new review- it's become the worst. please avoid if you can. I wouldn't use this or recommend this app to anyone great app, easy to set appointments. allow the app to access the calendar and sync the appointment on it. easy reminders for the patients.
