you better refund my money!! if you don't have the option to choose a doctor while booking at least connect us with someone who is available and reliable. i booked 1 consultation yesterday and after being queued for an hour that doc disappeared had to book one more doc who gave me antibiotics even tho I told him I have developed resistance towards it as I have taken it previously multiple times. when requested for an alternative he ignored my concerns. now I have to take a second opinion.

why are you shipping feature which dont work in production, your new scan Qr is pathetic. it wasted an hour trying to scan and after that to you chat support which is even worse more than 10 mins waiting still no response. because of you blunder I had to pay from your app as well as at the clinic as well since the qr didn't worked.

Very disappointing experience with Practo. Despite having an active Care Plan, I was forced to pay ₹1,000 for my consultation. After payment, I was asked to upload the invoice for a refund, which I did immediately, but I never received my money back. To make things worse, the app incorrectly shows my completed appointment as "Canceled." Poor customer support, no accountability, and an unreliable Care Plan. I cannot recommend this service.
