Good concept of consultations online. However in case of cancellations or doctor absenteeism, the 'help' button redirects to the previous consultations, when clicked on the failed consultation, it redirects to the chat. When clicked on the 'help' from the chat, it again redirects to the list of previous consultations. Exhausting to claim a refund in case of doctors absence in a booked consultantation. There is no contact information on the app, to reach out to someone about this glitch.

this app deserves 0.5(minus)stars I used it for the first time and the team was very proactive until I reached the clinic. It was one of my worst experiences with PRACTO while I would appreciate the doctor I met but the app is just good for nothing. The contact they provided to connect for queries was switched off and I was asked to pay again at the clinic which would have been more than the online payment I already did. I opted not to pay double as both the clinic staff & app were of no use.

fraud Practo is a fake app with fake services. When you try to book through their advertisements, they show that the doctors are specialists or super specialists with many years of experience, thousands of patients treated, and many success stories. However, when you actually book an appointment and make the payment for a particular doctor, things change. As soon as the payment is done, instead of the doctor you selected, you are connected with some random doctor who may only have a basic degree
