Fraud. Scam. All kinds of salesmen run away from this fraud app once they hoax you in to paying them. No response by their agents, after making false promises. Agents visit regularly and keep texting, calling till you buy some services. Then will disappear and not even respond to messages. Utterly disappointed in this unprofessional behaviour.

worst customer care not available to talk. No customer care numbers available anywhere. worst kind of system. when I was on video call for consultation with a patient I was continuously receiving irritating & disturbing calls from Practo.

Pros: Helps to connect with remote patients who are unable to visit a doctor physically. Cons: Very low traction of patients. Worst support system. App also is not user friendly. It is headache to change the slots in the app. When the whole world is moving ahead with phone, chat, whatsapp support, practo is still struggling to provide email based support.
