I'm currently working in hybrid mode. This is the 4th time this issue is happening to me. With no proper reason my csat percentage jumps to 40 , so now they don't give u any patients and expect ur score to increase, I do use other platforms they don't humiliate doctor's in this fashion, in my case it was technical issue for which csat was reduced. Even after explaining them everything they are not willing to increase the csat manually very disappointing and not expected

Projected to be a professional platform for Drs but the support and services promised are just as bad as JustDial. Wouldn't recommend. They keep asking for an upgrade without fulfilling the connections promised. Very bad experience for 4 years now! Some Sujata Singh recently contacted me and was unaware of what's happening to even have the emapthy to solve the Drs requirement. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Didn't expect this from Practo team.

Shittiest customer service ever! I have paid for the Ray app 3 months back & I still don't have my account live. Everyone keeps directing me to someone else and the work never gets done.
