About this app

Our app was born with a very simple but powerful premise: when we sleep poorly, everything goes haywire. And while we know that insomnia has many causes, we also know that it's often related to our own habits… habits we sometimes don't even notice.
That's why we've designed an app that asks you only one thing: tell us what time you go to bed and what time you get up. Nothing more. From there, with your permission, we silently observe. Not what you do, but when you do it. What apps you use, at what times, for how long… and above all, if those patterns change and affect your sleep.
The idea isn't to control you, it's to accompany you. When we detect that something is out of the ordinary—those endless scrolls in the early morning or those peaks of activity when you should be resting—we intervene subtly.
We suggest real, useful, and proven resources: from breathing exercises, guided meditations, to brief therapies that can help you reconnect with the rest your body needs. We want sleeping well to be a natural consequence of knowing yourself better, without judgment or impositions. Only with data, empathy, and technology that understands when it's time to stop.
This isn't just another sleep app. It's an app that helps you understand why you're not sleeping, and helps you get back to sleep.
