About this app

You perform live: music, theatre, dance. On stage, with friends, or in the street.

Sooner or later you wonder whether the phone in your pocket could fire your backing tracks and your sound effects.

If you have tried, you know how it goes. Tracks you cannot arrange in the order you actually play them. Levels all over the place. Dead air before and after every song. Buttons too small to hit under stage lights. And tracks running into each other when they should not.

Stage Player is built to fix exactly that.

Everything gets prepared at home, days before the gig, so that on stage one tap does the whole job.

WHAT IT DOES
• Big pads, laid out the way you play: 6, 9, 12 or 15 to a set
• Trim the silence off a track, set a fade in and a fade out, add a count-in
• Chain one song into the next, with the gap you choose, even across sets
• Sound effects that play over the music, as many at once as you need
• Lyrics that scroll in time with the song, synced to the second
• PDF scores and chord charts that turn their own pages
• Two audio files in one pad, one per ear: a click for you, the band for the PA
• A shared library: prepare a song once, use it in as many sets as you like
• Live mode: everything you cannot need mid-set disappears
• Cloud backup, so a lost phone is not a lost show

NOTHING STREAMS
Your files are copied onto the phone. The app never needs a signal to play them, which matters in basements, at festivals, and anywhere the wifi collapses the moment the audience arrives. Airplane mode is welcome.

WHILE THE APP IS OPEN
The screen never goes to sleep, so nothing disappears mid-song. Put the phone on charge for the gig.

FREE
Everything you do on stage is free, and there are no ads. The paid plan only buys more room for cloud backups.
