What I think you need to do is make this into an Xposed module and make your Theme Manager global. That would be really cool.

I don't understand how to use the app or how can I even check if those themes are working.or it's not working because I am using repainter ? you should make some toturial when the app starts or video. Don't worry I know I am missing something so I will rate it 5 atar after reply.

This app is so underated. If you're into personalisation, this will made things 100x easier for you. Theming becomes a case of simply copy pasting with this installed. Putting CSS to good use!
