I've never in my life thought I'll ever be meditating. All thanks to this app honestly. I was a phone addict for a long time until this app came up. I know that this has nothing to do with your phone addiction but trust me if you're a phone addict and if you just take a rest from your phone and start meditating starting from today , I can guarantee you that you'll meditate everyday instead of just pointless scrolling. Overall this app is one of the most underrated and best app in Play Store.
