"Sorry! Could not connect to Pratilipi. Please try again later." This what shows for last three days , I can't read any stories,my subscriptions are going to waste,I have checked my network connection,phone settings but everytime I open the app it shows this only. I ve tried to contact in you in mail you mentioned and still got no reply it's been three days

It was a very good app. But after the new update, it’s no longer possible to reread the books that have already been read once. Earlier, if we wanted to read a novel again, we could just clear the app data from the phone settings and start reading from the beginning. But now, that’s not possible. We have to open each part and manually select the first page from the end. This is quite inconvenient. I’ll renew my subscription only after this issue is fixed.

There are a lot of problems with this app right now. 1. There are no reminders of the reading challenge anymore. 2. Once you cancel a subscription, the stories that you were reading will automatically get locked from chapter 16 onwards, which is frustrating. I understand your intentions, but why do you lock those chapters that are already read for ongoing stories? 3. They implicitly start an autopay that lasts for 10 years when you subscribe, which we comes to know when the money is deducted.
