Pregnote is a prenatal monitoring tool developed to organize and provide pregnant women with key records of their pregnancy's progress, appointments, exams, and routine guidance.

Pregnote uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control by profiles, and practices aligned with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 - LGPD). Each profile accesses exclusively the data relevant to its authorized purpose.
