The card itself does not have a chip or a tap, just magnetic stripe. The MOST insecure method for a payment card. The card also will not work for online transactions, severely limiting where this card can be used. The app is also awful. It has a setting to enable biometrics, but never takes you to a place to set it up, and never prompts for biometrics when opening the app. it forces you to use a username and password every time you open the app. Very poor design. Dev response below is a lie.

Hello Chris - our cards contain EMV and can be used as contactless where merchants accept and our cards also can be added to digital wallets. The biometrics is enabled in the app settings once you accept for your device. If you give us a call or email your details to Support@MyDashCard.com we can walk through whatever gaps you may be experiencing.

Terrible experience. first of all, a card was sent to me with activation instructions that in reality could not be activated due to missing data. regarding the app itself, in setting my password, a graphic came up in green saying the password was good, but the button to submit would not work. after several attempts, I saw that in small print at the bottom, despite the graphic saying it was good, it described the password didn't meet requirements for a special character. clunky interactions fails

App has started never working! I've tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times but everytime I long in on the app it gives me an error saying they're "having a moment" and to "give them time to sort themselves out" and that they'll "be back online soon." But this has been happening for a while now, not just a couple of days. it's very annoying not being able to look at my funds on my phone with the app because the app isn't working.
