I've had this card for a while, and had issues at first, some of which were fixed. Now having different problems, none of which manifest until I'm in store and trying to load money onto the card, in which case it tells me I've hit a limit, and to call customer support. I did, and sat on hold for 30 minutes (still in store), only to hear a message saying "Thank you for calling" before it hung up on me. It's a good idea in theory, but the app and customer service are substandard on a good day.

Update (former 1,3,4 and now 5 star): It's unheard of for an app to brings themselves up from the ashes like a Phoenix. I can now do everything I had complained about not being able to do before, while the frustrating issues have been resolved. If you operate your business using LAR, this app is for you. No more holding up the line to have someone tell you your balance, then holding up the line to add money. No more having a crew member call you and tell you the balance on your LAR isn't enough.

app used to work fine, but this year it suddenly stopped. doesn't open, just. pulls up a blank blue screen and never loads. Uninstaller and reinstalled multiple times. website has become glitchy as well, almost feels like they are trying to force usage stop of the card. its been months already with phone calls to support thay go no where. now most of the time I can't access my funds in store
