I have been a PrepLadder subscriber for the past 2 years and still have an active elite plan. The platform has been very helpful for my preparation. However, after the recent update with the version 11, I am facing a small issue where the main videos of normal version X and rapid revision videos are not accessible. it's saying you have reached today's limit, It might be a temporary glitch. I hope the team can look into this and resolve it soon.

I would give 5 stars but the video speed option should be on front like before not hidden inside settings, because it is needed to change multiple times during the lecture, you may increase the speed is the topic is familiar and slow down when there's something complex.
