SCAM. I'm a paid VIP member, meaning that I automatically load money onto my account every month and am entitled to a discount on each purchase. I can see my account balance on the website, but when I try to use the app to make a purchase, it fraudulently shows no balance and no membership. The local store will only process orders placed by app, so I have no way of using the money I loaded into my account.

Hello, We hope you have found a solution to this. You can scan in store and the store will honor your balance there. Also your balance can be used for online purchases too. The QR code is dark on a dark background making it impossible to scan/use. The app itself is difficult and sluggish to navigate. There's really no benefit to having this. EDIT: As per the dev team's response, the app has improved drastically from an initial look. Will go to 3 star from 1 until I can test in store.

Pretty good app, but the annoying thing they should fix is if you look at a product (to see what the ingredients are), and then want to go back to the main shopping page, it takes you back to the very top so that you have to scroll all the way back down again to where you were looking. Annoying and makes shopping a pain. Otherwise good app.
