SCAM. I'm a paid VIP member, meaning that I automatically load money onto my account every month and am entitled to a discount on each purchase. I can see my account balance on the website, but when I try to use the app to make a purchase, it fraudulently shows no balance and no membership. The local store will only process orders placed by app, so I have no way of using the money I loaded into my account.

Hello, We hope you have found a solution to this. You can scan in store and the store will honor your balance there. Also your balance can be used for online purchases too.
