About this app

Coins Desk is a private, offline Android tool for preparing PDFs for printing. Import a document, choose a layout mode, preview the sheet plan, and export a new PDF — all on your device.

Layout modes
• Booklet — folded signature order with automatic padding to a multiple of four pages
• 2-up — two sequential pages on every output sheet
• 4-up — four sequential pages on every output sheet

Print controls
• Paper sizes: A4 and US Letter
• Portrait or landscape sheet orientation
• Outer margins and gutters (0–30 mm)
• Page rotation: 0°, 90°, 180°, 270°
• Natural or reverse page order
• Blank pages before and after the source
• Fit or fill scaling
• Optional crop marks for trim guidance

Project workflow
• Create, rename, duplicate, and delete projects
• Search, sort, and filter by imposition mode
• Autosave while you edit
• Zoomable output preview with page navigation
• Export through Android’s system save dialog
• Share the result with any compatible app
• JSON backup export/import for local project metadata

Privacy by design
• No account, login, or cloud sync
• No ads, analytics, or advertising ID
• No internet permission
• Documents stay where you choose them via the Storage Access Framework

Honest PDF limits
Android PdfRenderer rasterizes source pages before placement, so vector text is not preserved as vectors. Export DPI (96–300) controls sharpness. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.
