I doubt if you have a system that is well capable to handle large numbers, scan documents properly. This same document(ID card) rejected several time is the one I've used to open several wallets without complaint. Now if a document is rejected, what else do you need to do? you are supposed to open the verification but alas you locked it and didn't open it again despite severally contacting the customer support. The only good here is how u respond to your customers through emails nothing more!

I have never been so stressed by an app this much, I can't even login, I can't get verified, takes the whole day to load. It's always an error message. Are Nigerians not allowed to use the app. Even though there is a large number of people trying to access the app, there should be a contingency plan. Geez
