I had alot of trouble using a gift card for Coles Supermarkets. The phone support was of no help as it was a prezee card purchased through another gift card provider. Long story short, don't use the google wallet just print or screenshot the pdf file you get emailed and use that. Linking it to Google wallet won't show the same numbers which means the barcode will be incorrect. Try it I guess but have the pdf ready just in case.

I rated it a one star because my daughter got a giftcard for google. To purchase from pokemon go. When she went to make purchases on pokemon go. The card was declined because supposedly the card didn't have any credit. How is that when she had just bought the card. She had called so that google can help but still no answer. I am about to order a google card. Hopefully the I am able to use it. If the same thing happens to me. I will delete prezzee forever.

This app is horrible! I got a gift card thru afterpay and apparently my account was deactivated for no reason!!!!!! So now I'm fighting for a refund for a gift card I can't even access!!!!!! Horrible customer service stay far far away!!!!! I have already contacted yall twice hence the review !!!!
