App doesn't record check ins, doesn't update activity. Waste of time I've been at least 10 times in the past year and it's only registered 3 visits. Customer care is a waste of time as they cannot do anything. Don't bother with the app just use the email vouchers.

I appreciate the offers but it's all way too confusing when in the restaurant. Staff did not know how to implement it, thankfully the manager was helpful and tried to figure it all out for us. Please make it easier.

whenever I click on My Subscriptions, the app crashes. so, as far as I can see, there is no way for me to unsubscribe.
