I like the first free month, and the rate @ $37 month what I do not like is that the company forces you to pay insurance on the unit even if it's your choice you do not want it, because you really don't need it. I am paying insurance on my stuff being worth under $100. It's the customers right to refuse the insurance! This is another way that every storage company out there can get more money from us that we do not have. We will never use that anyway!!

Prime Storage in North Fort Myers continues to increase your fees monthly .The rates change as your payment will continue to go up. I had auto pay and notice my rate increased $50 within 5 months Beware and look for better rates cause they are out there.

This is the absolute best storage facility! I've had to change storage facilities several times over the past couple of years and this is by far the cleanest facility The staff there is amazing, treating you like family and work with you if you fall on financial hard times it's a great all around place, rates are great, lights inside units :) I would highly recommend this facility to everyone You would be crazy to go anywhere else.
