I like the first free month, and the rate @ $37 month what I do not like is that the company forces you to pay insurance on the unit even if it's your choice you do not want it, because you really don't need it. I am paying insurance on my stuff being worth under $100. It's the customers right to refuse the insurance! This is another way that every storage company out there can get more money from us that we do not have. We will never use that anyway!!

The app is great so far I just got a unit today and the lady in the office Laurie was so nice and helpful! she explained things, had amazing energy, even going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had an awesome experience!The property and the unit are clean and affordable and just really good vibes all around. The app won't let me sign in even though I've verified my password is correct on desktop. I'm already not liking this company's practices and will be looking for storage solutions elsewhere.
