Ratings and reviews

I like the first free month, and the rate @ $37 month what I do not like is that the company forces you to pay insurance on the unit even if it's your choice you do not want it, because you really don't need it. I am paying insurance on my stuff being worth under $100. It's the customers right to refuse the insurance! This is another way that every storage company out there can get more money from us that we do not have. We will never use that anyway!!

the worst I've ever had i tried for hours one day to tryptophan open an account , find my account with ai and a live operator and still couldn't pay

The app won't let me sign in even though I've verified my password is correct on desktop. I'm already not liking this company's practices and will be looking for storage solutions elsewhere.
