With Gaia Observer you have at your smartphone a new easy-to-use travel companion, thanks to which you can get to know, live and defend nature.

Thanks to geolocation, it allows you to report and memorize the sighting of an animal or plant species, participating in the creation of a large collective database on the nature usable by everyone.

With its OFF-LINE cartography Gaia Observer helps you to orient yourself indicating the municipality in which you are, any protected area (eg Park, Oasis, etc.) with GPS coordinates and altimetry always in view.

With Gaia Observer, you can in the first person commit yourself to defend nature, reporting with photos, text and location any illegal landfills, fires, poaching activities and more. Your reports will be received by Legambiente which can forward them to the authorities responsible for environmental protection.
